4. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use)

Momo Labs’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.

5. AI Training & Privacy

By default, we may use de-identified multimedia data and prompts to improve our algorithms. We do not use private Google Drive files or Google User Data to train our generative models without explicit, additional consent.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us at support@momolabs.io.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and do not discriminate against users for exercising their privacy rights.
