• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content (text, images, video) you input into the Service.
• License to Momo Labs: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any third-party copyrights or laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.
• Use automated systems (bots/scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API limits.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property of Momo Labs or others.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If applicable, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice. Plans described as unlimited are subject to our Fair Use Policy to prevent system abuse.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS.” Momo Labs makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
